Arrival and departure times

Check in at 14:00 pm· Arrival and settlement in the rooms is possible after 13:00 pm

Check out at 11:00 am · Emptying of the rooms is at 11:30 am

Please for check in after 23:00 please contact the reception for your convenience.

*The credit card will be pre-authorised 20 days before the arrival, the 50% of the total cost according the cancelation policy!

Cancellation policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price.

Children and extra bed policy:

All children are welcome.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib (upon request).

All children under 12 years using existing beds are charged 10% of the room price per night (regarding the double room).

All older children or adults are charged 35 euros per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.

Pets:

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
